The   personal data entered in our systems are names, emails, mobile and landline numbers.

Data collected from our side, may be used for the following purposes:

• Sending passwords for demo presentations
• Registration to a service, following your request
• Written (email) or verbal (call) notification about news or additional information on products and services that are of interest.

Amazon Selling Partner API Data

For certain custom ERP and marketplace integration projects, WeConnect may process information retrieved from Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API) on behalf of a seller who has authorized the integration.

The Amazon information we process may include order identifiers, order dates, marketplace identifiers, product identifiers, SKUs, quantities, item prices, shipping charges, tax amounts, tax calculation details, marketplace facilitator or tax remittance information where available, shipment and tracking information, settlement and financial transaction information, and related operational data.

Where required for merchant-fulfilled orders (MFN/FBM), we may also process customer shipping information, such as recipient name, shipping address and related delivery information. This information is processed only when it is required for order fulfillment, shipping, ERP processing, accounting, tax posting or reconciliation.

We use Amazon information only for the approved integration purposes: synchronizing Amazon with the seller’s ERP system, creating sales orders, delivery and fulfillment documents, accounting entries, tax postings, shipment confirmations, tracking updates and reconciliation records.

We do not use Amazon information for marketing, advertising, profiling, resale, unrelated analytics, or any purpose unrelated to the seller’s order fulfillment, ERP processing, accounting, tax posting or reconciliation.

Amazon information is shared only with the seller’s own ERP system and with authorized personnel or service providers strictly where necessary to operate, support, secure or troubleshoot the integration. We do not sell, rent, trade or disclose Amazon information to data brokers, advertising networks, marketing providers or unrelated third parties.

Amazon information is protected using appropriate technical and organizational measures, including access controls, encryption in transit, encryption at rest where applicable, secure credential management, logging, monitoring and restricted access based on business need.

Amazon personally identifiable information is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the integration service, complete order fulfillment, support troubleshooting, meet audit requirements and comply with applicable legal, tax or accounting obligations. Where Amazon personally identifiable information is no longer required in the integration layer, it is deleted, masked or anonymized according to our retention procedures.
