Even in cases where we are not aware of the specific technology, we roll our sleeves up and we get into the details. We apply methodology to identify the risks early on. We are not task forwarders; we get to know what each task is about.

We are supporters of weekly steering committee meetings. Depending on the project, we suggest specific meetings timetable, so to report and update previous actions, status and future goals and plans as well as any issues raised. We make sure to keep the meetings short and informative, since our goal is to keep you up to date and not bored.
